Full-arch / All-on-X design class

A hands-on class on designing full-arch and All-on-X restorations prosthetic-first — from immediate provisionals to final prostheses. You learn the exact workflow I run in exocad and Blue Sky Plan: merging CBCT DICOM with intraoral STL, driving the plan from the final tooth position, and detailing screw-access, emergence, and cantilevers. Taught and reviewed by Nico personally, revised until it's clinically right.

Curriculum

What you'll learn

Five modules, built around the decisions that make or break a full-arch case. Prosthetic intent first — implants and hardware follow the teeth, never the other way around.

01

Prosthetic-first planning: setting the final tooth arrangement, then reverse-engineering implant position, angulation, and A-P spread from it in Blue Sky Plan.

02

Data merge and alignment: registering CBCT DICOM with intraoral STL and a smile reference so the plan is accurate to the patient, not a guess.

03

Immediate provisional design in exocad: screw-access channels, transition line, controlled emergence, and enough bulk to survive load and conversion.

04

Final prosthesis detailing: framework support, cantilever limits, intaglio cleanliness, hygiene access, and material-driven thickness for milled and printed workflows.

05

System-agnostic execution: adapting the same design logic across any implant system and multi-unit library, plus exporting clean files the lab or mill can trust.

Format

How is the class structured?

Delivered remotely, worldwide, one-to-one or small-group. Sessions are worked live on real case data — your files where possible — so you leave with a repeatable workflow, not slides.

Format, pacing, and enrollment are arranged on request to fit your calendar and experience level. Reach out and I'll map the shortest path from where you are to designing full-arch cases confidently.

FAQ

Common questions

Do I need prior CAD experience?

No. The Foundations track starts from data merge and prosthetic setup. If you already design single units, you'll move faster into the Advanced material.

Which software does the class use?

exocad for restorative design and Blue Sky Plan for implant planning and guides — the same tools I use on production cases. The logic transfers to any implant system.

Can you use my own case files?

Yes, where you can supply anonymised CBCT DICOM and intraoral STL. Working your real data makes the class stick. Send a message and we'll confirm what to bring.
