Immediate loading & provisional design
I design immediate-load provisionals and temporary restorations for same-day teeth. Screw-retained, built directly from the planned prosthetic position, and delivered in 24–48h. Planned and reviewed by Nico personally in exocad and Blue Sky Plan, revised until it’s clinically right — and you pay after you approve.
What is an immediate-load provisional?
It’s the temporary restoration that goes onto implants the same day they’re placed, so the patient leaves with teeth instead of a gap.
The provisional is designed from the planned prosthetic — the final tooth position drives where the implants and the temporary sit, not the other way around.
I build it screw-retained so it can be removed, checked, and adjusted without destroying it, and I keep it splinted and cleansable for the healing phase.
Turnaround is 24–48h from your files, with a 24h rush option when the surgery date is fixed.
Single implant vs full-arch immediate load?
Both start from the same restoratively-driven plan, but the provisional design and priorities differ.
| Aspect | Single implant | Full-arch (All-on-X) |
|---|---|---|
| Provisional type | Single screw-retained temp crown | Splinted screw-retained bridge |
| Contacts | Out of occlusion / light contact | Shared, controlled full-arch scheme |
| Design focus | Emergence & soft-tissue shaping | Cantilever, cleansability, rigidity |
| Access | Screw channel angled for aesthetics | All channels routed via the planned guide |
| Software | exocad + Blue Sky Plan | exocad + Blue Sky Plan |
Single-tooth immediate load
The temp is designed to guide the gum into a natural emergence while staying out of heavy function during healing.
Full-arch immediate load
A rigid, cleansable provisional splints the implants, controls the bite across the arch, and previews the final result.
What files do you need?
Two things: a CBCT in DICOM and an intraoral scan in STL. That’s enough to plan the implants and design the provisional together.
If you have a diagnostic wax-up, denture, or a desired tooth setup, send it — it becomes the prosthetic reference the whole plan is built around.
Everything is planned in Blue Sky Plan for the surgical side and exocad for the provisional, then reviewed by Nico personally before anything comes back to you.
FAQ
Do you deliver a printable provisional or just the design?
You get the finished design files ready for your printer or mill. The provisional is designed screw-retained from the planned prosthetic, ready to produce on your side.
How fast can you turn an immediate-load case around?
24–48h from complete files, with a 24h rush when the surgery date is locked. Send the CBCT and intraoral scan and I’ll confirm timing.
What if the design needs changes?
It’s revised until it’s clinically right — adjustments to occlusion, emergence, or screw access are part of the work. You only pay once you approve.
Send a case for immediate loading
One named designer, restoratively driven, working with any implant system. Pay after you approve the design.
